OUR MISSION

Our mission is to use our experience and knowledge to impact the lives of our community by providing them with the necessary tools, resources, and guidance to develop their physical and mental abilities, ultimately enabling them to achieve peak performance and excel in life and their respective sports.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

We start with the fundamentals and grow from there. This allows us to fill any knowledge gaps and foster confidence in self and one’s game. We stick with a player through their journey and are always a resource for them to use as they become a resource to others as well.

OUR FOUNDER

Ralph Sampson III

Ralph Sampson III brings elite-level playing experience, a lifetime of basketball insight, and a coach’s mindset to every athlete he trains. A five-year professional athlete who learned to compete and lead on courts around the world, Ralph turned the lessons of high-level play into a mission: help the next generation of players develop the skills, mindset, and habits to own the moment.

A University of Minnesota graduate (Class of 2012) and a cornerstone of the Gophers during his collegiate career, Ralph finished among the program’s leaders in games played, points, rebounds, and blocks — joining an elite club in Gophers history by surpassing 1,000 points, 600 rebounds, and 200 blocks for his career. That blend of inside scoring, rebounding presence, and rim protection is the foundation of the skill curriculum he now teaches.

Ralph’s pedigree as a competitor began long before college. A McDonald’s All-American and one of the nation’s top 50 high school recruits, he led his teams to two state championships and earned recognition as one of the most complete big-men prospects in his class. Those early accomplishments, combined with years of pro experience, including a championship run in the NBDL, give him rare credibility as both a developmental coach and a performance strategist.

Basketball runs in Ralph’s blood. As the son of Hall of Famer Ralph Sampson, he grew up around championship standards and high expectations — then forged his own path through consistency, toughness, and a relentless focus on improvement. Today he translates that lineage into practical, modern coaching: individualized skill work, position-specific strength & conditioning, film study, and the mental tools players need to perform under pressure.
